DCS11 Variform Screwchuck
Load directly into any of the jaws with a 38mm (1.1/2”) bore. Eg: DJ45 to DJ90 (previous JA06 to JA10). The Inner Ring locks and stabilizes the Screwchuck to eliminate ‘draw-out’. This means that the effective flange support from the jaws is always reliable, and progressive. Therefore, the smallest jaws (Dj45) provide relatively unhindered rear access to the workpiece, whilst larger jaws increase the support in proportion to the size selected.
