The smart investment for virtually all Morse Taper shank requirements - nothing comes close on performance, versatility, or shear value for money So what is it?

The answer is simple - A range of Morse Taper Shanks with a common threaded nose (and a register, so you know they have been designed properly), that accepts a wide range of tooling options, for the tiniest of work right up to really big production turning, and much, much more.

All shanks are manufactured in '40' Carbon British tool steel in 1:2:3 Morse taper sizes to suit most lathes (see chart for size advice). They come complete with a 5mm (3/16”+) diameter Stainless Steel Centre Pin which fits any Prong Drive Head from 12mm (1/2") dia through to the massive 45mm (1.3/4") size, and are finger adjustable to whatever projection suits the work in hand. They can easily be resharpened in situ, or replaced.

Extended Shanks are for copy lathe applications, improved rear access working, and internal support of deep vessels, etc. Available in 2MT or 3MT, these come the with standard Centre Pin plus a security Drawbar kit.
